Our Story
ESD Solutions started in 2013 with a small detailing team and a simple goal: deliver clear, accurate drawings that fabricators can build from. Over the years, our workflow, standards, and team structure grew into a stable, fully in-house operation trusted by U.S. shops.
2013 — Founded in Minsk, Belarus
A small group of detailers begins working on structural and misc steel projects.

Where are you located?We’re based in Minsk, Belarus, where our entire steel detailing team works together in the same office — no remote work or outsourcing. We also have legal entities in Kazakhstan and Georgia for administrative purposes only.

What are your working hours and availability?We work from 3:00 AM to 1:00 PM EST, with email support until 4:00 PM. Urgent fixes during U.S. hours are covered. We keep our team at 90% capacity to stay flexible and handle rush jobs without sacrificing quality.

How is your team structured?Each team includes 3–4 steel detailers and a dedicated Team Lead. The Team Lead handles client communication and ensures quality control. For larger projects, multiple teams work in parallel.

Can you provide PE-stamped calculations?We work with licensed PEs and can include stamped calculations along with shop drawings when required, either via client-side engineers or through our trusted partners.

Do you outsource work?No. All steel detailing work is done in-house by our full-time team. We never subcontract, which ensures full control over quality and communication.

Do you share the model during the project?Yes. We share IFC, 3D DWG, and NWC models with every submittal. We can also give real-time access or Dropbox links for editable files when requested.
