We build a fully detailed 3D model aligned with your coordinate system and coordinated with surrounding trades, with beams, columns, bracing, and connection areas developed through real structural steelwork detailing practice and checked against concrete, architectural, and MEP conditions.
Submittal & Ongoing Support
Once approved, you receive a complete package of shop and erection drawings, NC/DXF files, material lists, and BIM/IFC exports ready for fabrication, and we stay available during fabrication and erection to answer questions and support the job.
