The Challenge:
This project demanded meticulous attention to detail, especially with two 10ft deep welded plate girders, where rework could be costly. Managing over 5,500 bolts required manual checks to ensure proper installation and avoid clashes with bolting tools, even with advanced modeling software.

Our Expertise:
The bridge also included complex conic-shaped bent plates, requiring custom grooves and non-standard welds. We used advanced modeling techniques to guarantee the correct application of four different types of finish paint on each component.

The Result:
The successful completion of the Plate Girder Bridge highlights our precision in structural steel detailing. We paid close attention to every detail, which led to great results. This shows how much we care about doing high-quality work throughout the entire project.
